Service Agreement for Vehicle Importation & Brokerage
These terms constitute a binding agreement between Vinvel Motor Trading (Pvt) Ltd ("Vinvel") and the Client ("You"). Vinvel acts as an import facilitator and sourcing agent for vehicles from Japanese auctions (USS, TAA, ARAI, etc.).
Vehicle prices quoted on our website or via WhatsApp are estimates based on the current Japanese Yen (JPY) to your local currency exchange rate and prevailing import duties/taxes in your destination market.

The Client agrees to pay any such difference prior to the release of the vehicle.
To place a bid on an auction vehicle, a refundable deposit is required. If the bid is successful, this deposit becomes non-refundable and is adjusted against the final invoice.
If the bid is unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded in full or carried forward to the next auction date upon the Client's request.
Vinvel provides translations of Auction Sheets to the best of our ability. However, the Auction Sheet represents the subjective opinion of the auction house inspector. Vinvel is not liable for minor discrepancies in grading (e.g., Grade 4.0 vs 4.5) or non-visible mechanical issues not noted on the sheet.

Once a vehicle is purchased at auction on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled. If a Client refuses to proceed after a successful bid, the initial deposit will be forfeited to cover re-auction fees and penalties imposed by the Japanese auction house.
Vinvel shall not be liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (typhoons in Japan), port strikes, changes in government import regulations, or pandemics.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
